A: The best way to see the total shipping cost is to place the items in your shopping cart as if placing a real order. You don’t have to go through with the payment to see the cost. If you aren’t ready to make your purchase, you can simply delete the order.

A: Within Canada, orders usually take 2-13 business days. For example, a package sent Canada Post Expedited may take 5 days to get to Vancouver, BC, and another package sent by the same service will take 13 days to get to Iqaluit, Nunavut.Within the USA, orders usually take 2-6 days to arrive once shipped.International orders take 10-30 business days, but may be delayed at the border of the destination country as they go through customs.

A: Wholesale orders will be packaged in clear plastic bags, then shipped in a large white poly mailer or a box if necessary. Wholesale orders may be split up to facilitate the process. You will receive a detailed email with your tracking information and a list the contents of the shipment you will receive.

A: We do not include invoices or packing slips for most orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a detailed list of what has shipped. If you are drop shipping to a customer, you may then take the information you want from the email and send it to them.

A: Yes. For example, if you order a bunch of art prints and a few pairs of leggings, we may send the art prints in one package and the leggings in another. You will receive shipping notifications for each package, including tracking numbers, if applicable.

A: Drop ship pricing is geared towards people who would like us to manufacture their products and ship directly to their customers. We make the product to order, and then ship. We don’t keep any inventory and neither does our customer. It’s great if you don’t have the space or time to manage inventory and ship products out!Wholesale is geared towards people who want to keep inventory on hand for an event, like a festival or holiday sale, or would like to package and ship their products to customers with a more personal touch, or have a store that would like to carry inventory of their products.

A: For the majority of products including apparel, bags, hats, and more; the cost you see on each product page and at checkout include the cost of the item, one logo artwork setup, and customization on one location per item.

A: If you have selected our “Full Service” option at checkout, you will receive an email notifying you that your proof is available to review approximately 2-3 days after placing the order. From there, if any edits are required to the design, you can request the edits directly using that same link.NOTE: Edits to the proof will require additional days to be added to the initial order lead time. This is due to reproofing to accommodate edit requests.

A: Once an order has been placed, we regret to inform you that changes or modifications are not permitted. This policy helps us ensure timely processing and delivery of all orders. Please confirm your order details before finalizing your purchase.

A: Overall lead time for your custom order will depend on the product, customization method being used, and the shipping method for transit to your delivery address. We showcase each product’s lead time in a calendar feature at the bottom of each product page. We ship all products for your full order in one shipment so be sure to base delivery on the product with the longest lead time listed.
